PCD(Polycrystalline Diamond)Saw Blade is made of PCD material and tool steel, through cutting, brazing, grinding and other production processes,widely used for furniture,construction,decoration,copper,aluminum and other non-ferrous metal field;

Could be used for processing kinds of soft and solid natural timber,Chipboard/Shaving board,plywood,fibreboard,binder plate and other wood-based panel,also aluminium alloy extrusion,plastic,plastics steel doors and windows,polymethy/methacrylate/PMMA,Glass fiber Reinforced plastics,etc,its life is 50 to 100 times of tungsten carbide saw blade.
